Creative Rebels needed a complete redesign of their existing website – the marketing agency aimed at a fully-functional, beautiful, scalable and user-intuitive platform that can live up to their clients’ needs and manage their preferences. Even though the old website did the agency justice, it still failed to mirror the team’s distinctive approach when it came to conducting successful marketing strategies: It lacked creativity in its web design.
Their team knew it was time for the much-anticipated change – a successful marketing agency’s platform should be appealing and a pleasure to look at and interact with. The main concern? Creative Rebels needed help when it came to coming up with a creative roadmap and the best UX/UI design for their prospective customers.

I had no idea where to begin, what the clients would like and look for design-wise and how the whole process goes in general. My team and I, however, were quite certain what we were looking for: Creativity, original ideas, pristine development and project execution and fast communication.

Vipe Studio Meets Creative Rebels: Let the Work Begin
It took little to no time before Creative Rebels reached out and contacted Vipe Studio: Nadezhda and our CEO and founder Ivan Popov cherished a professional acquaintanceship. Vipe Studio’s experience and a long list of happy customers were both very good reasons for Creative Rebels’ founder to make up her mind.
I didn’t look for and research other WordPress development agencies since I knew Ivan’s work quite well and decided to trust his team. What ultimately tied the knot was the meeting we conducted and all the ideas that were brought up
The Main Obstacle
The goal was to find a way to better showcase Creative Rebels’ portfolio, services and projects, but there was a little twist: When working on a marketing agency’s website, development teams oftentimes need to say goodbye to their straightforward approaches and find new, more creative ones that require out-of-the-box thinking and changing one’s perspectives.
So that’s what Vipe Studio did: We waved the typical development structure goodbye and headed to a more creative roadmap that fully aligned with Creative Rebels’ identity. Hence, we ended up with a seamless and authentic website design that can grasp the essence of what the marketing agency does best.
UI Design Mapping
We started with precise UI design mapping. Our main task was to investigate and follow the intuitive customer journey when interacting with the website and integrate it into the overall design. We focused on Creative Rebels’ focal points, showcasing their services, About section, portfolio and clients testimonials.
We carefully conducted each page so it provides all the needed information – this way, customers would effortlessly find their way around the platform and navigate its functions and features seamlessly and effectively.
Once we finished this step, we presented the UI design mapping to Creative Rebels – after being told “yes” to the project, we continued with the UX design.
UX Design
Creative Rebels is a marketing agency – its overall visuals are essential when it comes to how its customers perceive and experience their interaction with the platform. In addition to this, the website needed to be fully functional, intuitive and easy to navigate.
Custom-Coded Website Theme
Once we had figured out the proper UI/UX design together with Creative Rebels, we began custom-coding the website theme. Our goal, of course, was to end up with a fully-functional and scalable platform that had room for further growth and development.
Right from the get-go, we aimed at communicating the marketing agency’s forte – creating different branding. We constructed seamless navigation together with stunning visuals in bold yellow and pastel blue. The complete redesign promises to help the agency reach new heights and attract new visitors and prospective clients.
Custom-Coded Gutenberg Blocks
For a platform as dynamic as Creative Rebels’, we at Vipe Studio decided that custom-coded Gutenberg blocks are the best go-to strategy.
Thanks to them, the website’s content can be edited and managed in various ways, thus leading to elevated scalability and opportunity for more integrations. Each block contains a piece of content, so Gutenberg truly breathed new life into seamless content management with the help of the infamous “drag and drop” feature.
