Viptor Says: WordPress Celebrates! The Second Web Agency Summit Is Happening

READING TIME: MIN

The second edition of the annual Web Agency Summit is a fact! Atarim will be the host of the event that will be held from March 23 – March 26. The main purpose of the event is to assist WordPress agencies and freelancers to grow sustainable and strategic businesses.

The Details About Web Agency Summit

The company Atarim is formerly known as WP Feedback. Last month, they had to rebrand themselves because of the high results their primary product is showing. It had grown beyond a mere feedback plugin and turned into an across-the-board agency solution.

Atrarim’s founder, Vito Peleg, supports the WordCamps and is a fan of this idea, so the Web Agency Summit should not be their competitor. He says that their events have a more business-oriented approach. They concentrate on lessons from some of the biggest agencies in the WordPress world at full scale about the properly managed business.

The event will have 36 sessions that will be broken down into four categories which focus on:

  • Build: Bеst prаctices fоr pеrformance, SEO, аcessibility, and thе futurе оf building wеbsites.
  • Expаnd: Building rеcurring rеvenue аnd mаintaining prоfits.
  • Scalа: Prоject mаnagement, complеting sеrvices, pаyment, and gеtting prоjects unstuck.
  • Thrivе: Hiring, cоmmunity building, prоfitability аt scаle, аnd еxit strаtegies.

Unlike last year’s edition, where all the sessions were pre-recorded, this year the event will act differently. Each session will be running live, which will allow atendеes to bе involvеd in rеal-timе. This year’s Web Agency Summit will also include a Q&A time after each session.

Web Agency Summit is free to attend for anyone through the last week of March. Nevertheless, those sessions will fall behind a paywall at some time, with the idea to assist cover costs.

What They’ve Learned From 2020

Peleg admits that last year’s event has exceeded his expectations. They have witnessed 5 725 attendees from 126 countries. Those people have watched 53 945 hours of videos, and some of them have won thousands of great prizes at the sponsor booths.

Vito Peleg confesses they were not expecting such a huge success and that the platform even broke down on the first day because of that. They were receiving more than 240 000 requests to the server in the dimensions of an hour. However, with the joint efforts of both the lecturers and the sponsors, they were able to stand on their legs quickly. They enjoyed an amazing week of action and are all set and ready to be part of an even greater experience this year.
